Our 34 suites facing the paddy fields offer a serene and picturesque view that instantly connects you with nature. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, highlighting the rolling expanse of lush green fields that stretch as far as the eyes can see. The gentle sway of the rice plants in the breeze provides a calming rhythm, and the vibrant hues of green create a soothing backdrop for relaxation. At sunrise and sunset, the fields glow with soft golden tones, adding a touch of magic to the view. Terms & Conditions
- Rates are subjected to 10% Bhutan Sales Tax & 10% Service Charge. (++)
- Rates quoted in USD & based on plans per Room occupancy.
- Maximum two adults & one children below the age of 12 years permitted per room without extra bed.
- Child below 6 years no charges, Child above 6-12 years 50% charges and Child above 12 years 100% charges.
- 3 % of the Transaction Charges in case of International VISA and Master Cards will be charged.
- Mini Bar and indoor heated pool included with the rooms.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- 20% payment on booking and full deposit must be made 30 days prior to check in date during “Regular Season” (June, July, August, December, January & February) & 45 days during “Peak season” (March, April, May, September, October & November)
- Rooms will not be held if full deposit is not made.
- Any changes in reservation dates or cancellations must be sent in writing.
- Cancellation received less than 15 days “Regular season” & less than 30 days “High Season” Prior to check in will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals, no show or early departures will be charged in full (100%)
- 30% discount offers during the regular seasons
Check In & Check Out Policy
- Normal check in is 12 pm &check out time is 12:00 pm.
- Request for early check in may be considered depending on room availability.
- Request for late checkout may be considered depending on room availability and chargeable on request.
